Salmon and Spinach Bake
Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter (olive oil) Grill Mates- Honey Sriracha and Mojito Lime 2 tablespoons crushed garlic 1/2 of a lemon 2-3 cups of fresh spinach Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/4 Salmon or 1 pound and a half 13 X 9 baking dish |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wash salmon, pat dry with a paper towel
Line the baking dish with foil
Place the salmon in the baking dish on top of the foil
Season salmon with Grill Mates
Chop up butter into cubes over the salmon
Season the spinach with salt and pepper to taste
